Valley of the Sun Real Estate Moves to Chandler

Jon Beydler, Designated Broker & Managing Member, announced today that the firm had relocated to south Chandler. The firm now resides in the Pollack Professional Plaza at 290 South Alma School Road, Suite 15, Chandler, AZ 85224 on the northwest corner of Alma School Road and Frye. Business operations commenced at the new location effective February 10, 2012.

Valley of the Sun Real Estate is a full-service, boutique brokerage offering personalized service established in June of 2008 by Jon and Cheryl Beydler. The firm specializes in listing residential traditional, as well as, short sales in addition to representing buyers, as well as, offering property management and leasing services. Cheryl Beydler, Realtor & Member, is the firm's Property Manager. Valley of the Sun Real Estate covers the entire Phoenix metropolitan area.

From 2003 through 2008, the Beydler's were top producers for Century 21. In 2005, Jon and Cheryl personally sold over $25m in residential and commercial properties and were presented the prestigious Centurion Award in Hawaii in addition to finishing in the top 15 Century 21 Real Estate Teams in the world that same year.

Jon Beydler is the former Mayor of Fountain Hills, AZ. He is a graduate of the American University in Washington, D.C. where he earned his Master's Degree in Public Affairs. Both he and Cheryl have founded and operated various real estate-related businesses over the past 30+ years. The Beydler's have lived in the Phoenix metro since 1978 and currently reside in south Chandler.
